But what does your private practice actually look like?

In this visual world it's more important than ever to have a strong visual identity, often led by a logo, to ensure that your practice stands out from all the others. It should be professional, consistent and well considered, capturing the character and unique qualities that you and your practice have.

It must reflect who you are, what you offer and how you offer it.

A visual identity – or brand – is much more than just a logo though, it is how you present your practice online and in the therapy room. Colours, tone of voice, imagery is all important.

At the Private Practice Club, we offer an optional logo & design extra package to make sure that you look your very best without the stress of having to do it yourself. This is offered by John Devlin, a counsellor who has also been a graphic designer for over 20 years and has also owned his own design business for 15 years. John is also an internationally published author and professional write with countless books, magazines and websites featuring his work.

Our package offers you the following:

Logo 

An initial set of four designs to choose from, based on an initial conversation (by phone or email) with you about what makes your practice special. From the four designs you are invited to choose one that we then fine tune and perfect. The logo will then be supplied in a variety of formats.

 

Brand kit 

The logo can then spearhead all other design decisions such as colour palette, font, graphics etc. We will supply a guide that will ensure you keep everything you produce consistent and cohesive.

Business card 

Although we're all online it is still useful to have a physical business card with all of your details. We will provide you with two designs to choose from, based on your logo and brand kit, and can even arrange professional printing (print costs will be extra).

​

Social media graphics 

Using Canva we will give you a set of social media templates covering a variety of possible uses, branded with your private practive logo and colour scheme. All you will need to do is add the content or message!

Word templates 

Word templates for contracts, forms, policies, invoices, receipts all branded with your unique visual identity? No problem, we offer this as part of our logo and design packages.

Website 

We can recommend a website building company and then help you structure and design your site for your business. We will help you take ownership of the site (so you're not tied in with us) but we will get everything up and running for you. We can even assist with reviewing and editing and text you add.
